Policy Overview
Cancellations, refunds and replacement requests are governed by the rules below. Where deadlines are stated they are counted from the order date or receipt date as specified.
Cancellations
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. Cancellation may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to vendors/merchants and shipping has been initiated.
Perishable Items
Sonnex India does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items (for example: flowers, eatables). Refund or replacement may be considered only if the customer establishes that the delivered product quality is not good.
Damaged or Defective Items
Report damaged or defective items to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. The merchant will inspect the item and determine the appropriate resolution before the request is processed.
Product Not as Shown / Expectations
If the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet expectations, notify Customer Service within 7 days of receiving it. The Customer Service Team will review the complaint and decide on the appropriate action.
Manufacturer Warranty
For issues covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the matter directly to the manufacturer as they are the warranty provider.
Refund Processing Time
If Sonnex India approves a refund, it typically takes 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected to the customer; actual timing may vary by payment method and bank.
