Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Please allow up to 1–2 business days for processing. During sale periods or product launches processing may take slightly longer; we will always keep you informed by email.

Shipping cost depends on your selected service, order weight and destination. During checkout you’ll see the exact shipping fee before payment. Free standard shipping on orders over ₹1,499 within India.

Packaging & safety

We use protective, eco-conscious packaging and secure padding for fragile items. All baby products are shipped in tamper-evident packaging when appropriate to ensure hygiene and safety.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier tracking page. You can also check order status in your account dashboard.

Lost or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or full refund depending on the outcome.

Customs, duties & taxes

For international orders, recipients are responsible for any local customs fees, duties or taxes. We recommend checking your country’s import rules before ordering.
